MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
- 50 pieces
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST
- The RRP for each product is listed. However, stockists are welcome to set your own pricing, as you see fit.
- Shipping is billed separately
- We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced
- Visa, MasterCard, Stripe or Direct Debit
- Please use your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via Direct Debit
- Once payment has been received, stock will be distributed to you.
- If any items are on back order, they will be shipped immediately upon Facemasker Australia receiving the stock.
- We ship via Australia Post
- Freight is calculated separately and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch
- Delivery charges vary depending on your location and the number of pieces ordered. Please contact us for an accurate delivery price
- We will ship your stock as soon as possible. In-stock items usually ship in 1-3 business days.
- Our products must not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Etsy etc
- Selling Facemasker Australia products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
- All of our products must be inspected upon delivery
- We will not be liable for missing items, damaged items or any problems with delivery unless the customer submits a claim in writing to us within 7 days of the delivery
- If claims are not made within the above timeframe, the items are deemed to be accepted by the customer and cannot be returned or refunded.
WHOLESALE SALES AGREEMENT
By completing our Wholesale Order Form or processing through checkout via our wholesale store, you as the retailer are deemed to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to all wholesale orders.
