Returns Policy

Please choose your product carefully - unfortunately, we cannot refund for change of mind due to hygiene reasons.



You are entitled to a full refund or replacement for items you purchase from FACEMASKER AUSTRALIA if the item is:

  • faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
  • Not 'of merchantable quality', meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
  • Not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expect it would, and you return the item within a 30 days after purchase and provide FACEMASKER AUSTRALIA with proof of purchase, such as your original FACEMASKER AUSTRALIA receipt or bank statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact our friendly team at We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for returned funds to clear. 


Should you wish to exchange your faulty product, we recommend contacting us to request the exchange and to advise us which product you would like. Once the return is accepted, we'll forward you the new item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assist you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
